Strategie zarządzania organizacjami pozarządowymi

Abstract
Artykuł został poświęcony rozważaniom na temat strategii zarządzania polskimi organizacjami pozarządowymi. W pierwszej części przedstawiono istotę organizacji pozarządowych. Następnie zaprezentowano czynniki determinujące wybór strategii w organizacjach pozarządowych. W kolejnych punktach skupiono się na istocie i roli strategii oraz na zagadnieniach związanych z formułowaniem i wdrażaniem strategii. Rozważania zamyka przedstawienie wyników badań własnych odnoszących się do strategii zarządzania organizacjami pozarządowymi z Polski Południowo-Wschodniej.
