STRATEGY OF SMALL BUSINESS IN KHMELNYTSKY REGION

Abstract

Introduction. Management practice on market principles confirms that undeniable truth that performance (efficiency) of any production and economic activity depends on the formation of "market psychology" at the enterprise, i.e. the production development of the entrepreneurship. Therefore it is important to define conceptual approaches to manufacturing businesses in the present conditions, including motivational model, the business cycle of formation and use of resource and production potential of the company, entrepreneurship, economic mechanisms of their functioning. A special place in the economic system is given to small businesses, which play an important role in market saturation goods and services of everyday demand, creating additional jobs. It usually has a high mobility, rational form of government, form new social stratum of entrepreneurs-owners. Methods. The following methods of economic research were used in writing the article, as monographic - for theoretical generalization of excellence functioning of entrepreneurial structures, method of systems analysis - to study the combination of factors influence the development of entrepreneurship, statistical – to analyze the statistical data, graphical and tabular methods of presenting information. Results. The article is devoted to the research of availability and efficiency of small entrepreneurial structures in Khmelnitsky region, identifying the main trends of their development and substantiation of proposals on forming strategies with their development in the future. Discussion. Further development of small enterprises needs the formation of the favorable entrepreneurial environment, effective government support, improving the legal and regulatory framework, development of financial support for small entrepreneurship, improving mode of crediting entrepreneurs, implementation of regional programs to support of small entrepreneurship, development and implementation of measures for information, consultation and personnel provision, infrastructure of entrepreneurship, development of entrepreneurial structures, forming a positive public opinion regarding entrepreneurship, which should be considered in developing regional programs and strategies for the development of small entrepreneurial structures.
