STRATEGY OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE LEVEL OF ITS ECONOMIC SECURITY

Abstract
Purpose – forming of conception of strategy of steady development of enterprise taking into account the level of him economic security. Methodology of research. It was used the method of walkthrough of scientific and methodical literature for the exposure of problems from this theme and identifying key component of strategic economic security. On the basis of systemic-structural and abstract logical methods formed the concept of strategy of steady development of enterprise taking into account the level of him economic security. Findings. The concept of sustainable enterprise development strategy based on the following components: mission, vision, strategic objectives and system strategic plan of the company. Proved that decomposition on strategic economic system security through a balanced scorecard allows you to translate the mission and vision of the company to set objectives and targets. It was determined the main components of strategic economic security: business processes, finance, contracting and personnel from the state is determined by the level of economic security high, normal, low or critical. Proved the importance of monitoring the development strategy of the enterprise on the basis of its economic security. Originality. Conception of strategy of steady development of enterprise is first worked out taking into account the level of him economic security which includes conception of control of threats of losses of economic security and conception of steady development of enterprise, coming from that an enterprise must not only «be» on the defensive in the conditions of the developed market but also provide own development. Practical value of the got results consists in possibility of their use with the aim of forming of conception of strategy of steady development of enterprise which will promote increase of efficiency of his activity and to provide steady development.
