STRUCTURAL REACTION OF INFLAMES ORAL MUCOSA ON THE BACKGROUND OF CHRONIC STRESS IN EXPERIMENT

Abstract
Experiment was conducted on 24 male rats of Wistar Albino Glaxo inbred line. Modeling of chronic stress was performed by immobilization for 5 hours everyday during 15 days, inflammation – by 5-minutes rubbing in of 4% solution of caustic soda into gums. In inflammation and chronic stress conditions more expressed lympho- histiocytic infiltration with neutrophiles, sclerosis and signs of modern decrease of protein-synthetic epiteliocytes activity were stated comparing with separate influence of studied pathology.
