STUDY OF THE THREE-PART PODOLSK ICON FROM THE COLLECTION OF FINE ARTS OF THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE HISTORY OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The folk three-part Ukrainian icon of the mid-19th century from the collection of fine art of the National museum of the history of Ukraine. To more precise attribution and introduction of a scientific memo of the museum’s memorial features of the theme and style of icon. The investigated icon is one of the characteristic samples of the iconography of the Podol region of Ukraine, which has not been published anywhere else.
