Study on Anti-Winding Performance of Tangential Flow Cylinder for Long and Thin Tenacious Haulm

Abstract

For the problem that threshing cylinder was winded by oat stem during threshing process, a new type of tangential flow cylinder test bed was designed under the premise of guaranteeing threshing capacity of threshing cylinder. The feasibility and rationality of threshing cylinder structure design were verified by testing analysis. The regression equation was established to find the optimal parameter combination. The winding of threshing cylinder was reduced. The results show that when the threshing element of tangential flow cylinder is nail-tooth type, the concave clearance is 15 mm and the roller speed is 900 r/min, the stem winding phenomenon is reduced effectively during threshing process.
