Study the performance of points of sales ( POS ) and its impact on customer satisfaction(Case Study: Melli Bank of Rasht City)

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the behavior of Melli bank customers in using points of sales (POS). Current study is an applied one. In this paper, we describe the variables and relationship between them, so this research is a descriptive – correlation. The population in this research includes Melli Bank card holders in Rasht and Morgan’s n table has been used to determine sample size. Therefore, sample size of the study of 384 would be based on Morgan’s Table. Sampling method of this research is available sampling, and library studies and questionnaires have been used to collect data. The questionnaire validity was approved by experts, professionals and teachers. The Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability. Spearman correlation coefficient has been used to test the hypotheses.
