SUBSTANTIATION OF PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF CONSISTENCY IN THE FUTURE PRESCHOOL EDUCATORS’ PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL KNOWLEDGE IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract
A great problem of adapting the aims, contents and means of education according to the requirements and needs of the human’s modern theoretical and practical activity has arisen in the sphere of education at the end of the XX – beginning of the XXI centuries. It has been proved by researchers that awareness of the wholeness and systemic nature of all processes taking place in nature, society and person’s life is considered to be one of the most significant features of the modern world which is to be taken into account while training future specialists in their professional activity. Perception of the world through the prism of the systemic approach and knowledge becomes the key to efficiency, quality improvement of the results of the human’s activity in all spheres of spiritual and material production. The aim of the article is to reveal the logic of substantiation and contents of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of consistency in the future preschool educators’ professional pedagogical knowledge in the process of their professional training While conducting the research, we took into consideration different definitions of the notion «condition» which is commonly interpreted as a circumstance facilitating the achievement of a desirable outcome. Taking into account the reflection of the contents of preschool educator’s professional activity in many academic disciplines, integration of the contents of academic disciplines on the basis of the core pedagogical concepts which reflect the peculiarities of the pedagogical process as the subject of preschool educator’s professional activity was chosen as the first pedagogical condition for the formation of consistency in the future preschool educators’ professional pedagogical knowledge The use of the basic pedagogical notions and research tasks which presuppose consideration of pedagogical situations according to variability of the goals of preschool educator’s professional activity and its resources is chosen as the second pedagogical condition for the formation of consistency in the future preschool educators’ professional pedagogical knowledge. Providing students with the right of free choice and setting of goals within their professional activity while educating preschool children as well as their achievement in the process of modelling the development of a pedagogical situation is the third pedagogical condition for the formation of consistency in the future preschool educators’ professional pedagogical knowledge. We can assume that the formulated pedagogical condition for the formation of consistency in the future preschool educators’ professional pedagogical knowledge based on the results of theoretical analysis of scientific resources have no direct analogue in the educational process of a higher pedagogical educational institution. Thus, their implementation, verification and efficiency assessment need a specific experimental investigation which will designate the tasks of further research.
