SUSPENSION OF DEADLINE INVESTIGATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT IN THE SUSPECTED DISCUSSION

Abstract
The article considers the main theoretical provisions that regulate current questions of the institution of suspension of pre-trial investigation. The norms of the current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, which regulate the activity of the investigator in relation to the search of the suspect during the suspension of the pre-trial investigation, are analyzed. Proposed changes and additions to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine to improve the mechanism of the investigator to search for a suspect during a suspended pre-trial investigation.
