Systemy zarządzania oparte na kryterium jakości w energetyce

Abstract
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja koncepcji i strategii w zakresie zarządzania energetyką w Polsce i na świecie uwzględniających w swoich działaniach czynniki projakościowe. Mają one bowiem istotne znaczenie dla rozwoju i konkurencyjności tego sektora w Polsce i na świecie. Coraz większa liczba przedsiębiorstw energetycznych dostosowujących się do wymagań rynku jest w stanie osiągnąć przewagę konkurencyjną dzięki wykorzystaniu narzędzi służących ciągłemu doskonaleniu skuteczności i efektywności na poziomie procesów oraz przedsiębiorstwa.
