This study outlined the problems, coping mechanisms, and educational experiences of the hinterland teachers at Maningcao National High School. As a result, the information was gathered through a thorough interview. The information gathering revealed a variety of issues, including the inaccuracy of the students' evaluations, the complexity of the subjects and how they are applied, the role of parents in the teaching-learning process, and the challenges of the learning mode. As coping techniques, teachers used parent communication, extracurricular resources, and continual communication via social media platforms and other applications. Participants' challenges and coping mechanisms are influenced by how they view the modular approach.
