Teaching staff supply of the educational process in the first state gymnasium in Bukovyna (XIX c.)

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of the teaching staff in the first state gymnasium in Chernivtsi during the XIXth century. The aim of the article is to study some peculiarities of the teachers who worked in this gymnasium during the stated period. Methodological principles of the research are principles of historicism, combining logical and historical, development. The author paid special attention to the professional training of teachers, because their main function was upbringing and teaching new generations of youth. In the XIXth century the teaching staff of the first state gymnasium included professors, teachers of the native language, teachers at the main place of work, part-time teachers (internal and external) and trainees. Among the outstanding teachers of the XIXth century, who worked in this state gymnasium, were Stefan Wolf, Benjamin Iliutz, Alfons G. fon Rylskyi, Vincentz Noimann, Josef Schmid, Isidor Vorobkevych, Frantz Grillich and others.
