TECHNOLOGY OF BIG DATA IN THE ELECTORAL PROCESS

Abstract
The article analyzes and generalizes the features of the concept of «Big data». The influence of big data on the course of electoral process development on the example of Donald Trump’s election campaign is investigated. The ukrainian experience with big data and prospects of its development is considered. The essence of political targeting and its connection with the big data are determined.
