TEMPORAL STORAGE AS INSTITUTE OF CUSTOM RIGHT

Abstract
The article is sanctified to research of temporal storage as stage of custom registration. It is set that temporal storage can be realized with the use of composition of temporal storage, composition of organs of profits and collections, and also by the statement of the custom modes custom composition and custom clear zone of commercial type. The well-proven expediency of selection of institute of custom right is temporal storage. Inconsistency of some positions of the Custom code of Ukraine is educed in relation to temporal expiration dates and bringing of corresponding changes is offered.
