ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ГУМАНІЗАЦІЇ ШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ: ПОГЛЯДИ УЧЕНИХ ЗАРУБІЖЖЯ

Abstract
★ Розглядаються теоретичні та практичні аспекти розвитку шкільної освіти в контексті гуманізації. Виявлено сутність, провідні ідеї гуманістичної теорії навчання й особливості її практичної реалізації на сучасному етапі за кордоном. Обґрунтовано думку, що метою освіти мають бути розвиток людини і її особистісне зростання, на противагу кількісним результатам навчання, що значно збільшує інтелектуальні досягнення та готує учнів до здійснення свого внеску в суспільство. Також підтверджується думка, що навчання є найефективнішим, коли збігається з природною схильністю людини до повноцінного розвитку особистості. ★ Рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты развития школьного образования в контексте гуманизации. Выявлены сущность, ведущие идеи гуманистической теории обучения и особенности ее практической реализации на современном этапе. Обосновано мнение о том, что целью образования должно быть развитие человека и личностный ее рост, в противовес количественным показателям результатов обучения, что значительно увеличивает интеллектуальные достижения и готовит учащихся к внесению своего вклада в общество. Также, подтверждается суждение о там, что обучение является наиболее эффективным тогда, когда совпадает с естественной склонностью человека к обучению, росту и полноценному развитию личности. ★ The article describes the theoretical and practical aspects of school education in the context of humanization. The essence, leading ideas of humanistic learning theory and the features of its implementation have been identified. The view that the purpose of education should be the development of the human personality and its growth, in preference to quantitative indicators of learning outcomes substantiates, which greatly increases the intellectual achievement and preparing students for making their contribution in society. Also, article judgment confirmed that learning is most effective when it coincides with the natural tendency of human learning, growth, and harmonious personality. Analysis of the theory of humanization of school education made it possible to reveal its nature and purpose. The paper supported the assertion of compliance with the learning process with the theory of humanistic education, that is, education should focus on human development and personal growth. Whereas in accordance with humanistic learning theory, people have a natural tendency to learn, grow and develop fully. Established, that the learning process gives significantly better results when it is combined with a natural human characteristic. Substantiated, that activity is related to humanistic studies when it is properly implemented. Thus it can support and enhance all forms of academic education. The article also provides a general sense of Humanistic Learning Theory aspects, what it might contain; the category of humanization of education is opened from point of view of foreign scientists. Two overriding tenets described in the article: first, the goal of education should be human development and personal growth, focused on these will naturally increase intellectual achievement and prepare pupils to contribute to global as well as local societies. The second tent is that human nature is basically built in the way that humans have a natural inclination to learn, to grow, and develop fully. The paper following the opinion that education is most effective when it aligns with this natural inclination. ★
