TERM AS ESSENTIAL CONDITION OF THE CIVIL CONTRACT

Abstract
In article the question of the place of terms among essential conditions of the civil contract is investigated. Suggestions for improvement of provisions of the legislation on terms are made. The detailed analysis of the legislation on obligation of definition of period of validity of the contract and its duration is carried out.
