TERMINATION OF THE LABOR CONTRACT ON THE INITIATIVE OF THE EMPLOYEE UNDER THE PROJECT OF THE NEW LABOR CODE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of certain issues of the rights of employees when they terminate their employment contract on their own. The author focuses on problematic issues and innovations in the implementation of workers’ rights when termination of an employment contract of their own accord. It is noted that the protection of labor rights of employees who break the contract on their own will require improvement and improvement taking into account foreign experience.
