THE ACCENTUATION OF FEMININE NOUNS IN THE POETRY OF LINA KOSTENKO

Abstract
One of the important tasks of modern accentology is a thorough study of the characteristics of accentuation of poetic texts. Their organization is characterized by a high level of structure and intensification of formal and semantic processing that generally allows a detailed analysis of dynamic of the processes of accentuation. The researches of features of accentuation of different morphological classes of words in the of poetry I. Kotlyarevskiy, T. Shevchenko, I. Franko, Lesia Ukrainka are recorded in the works of V.Sklyarenko, Z. Veselovska, V. Vynnytsky, A. Biloshtan, A. Zynyakova, V. Zhelyazkova, R. Midzhyn, M. Sachko, L. Legka. The study of poetic texts of Lina Kostenko has not been the subject of scientific studies linguists in aspect of accentuation. Therefore, the topic is relevant because will allow to track the general trends in accentuation of lexemes of modern Ukrainian late XX – early XXI century, will reveal the influence of poetic practice on the codification of literary Ukrainian accent. The article aims to characterize the accentuation of feminine nouns in the poetry collections of Lina Kostenko «The Giacynt Sun» in comparison with their accentuation in modern Ukrainian literary language. Today, scientists found that the nouns are clearer characterized by certain trends and patterns of accentuation. Their accentuation depends on the availability of certain affixes (prefixes and suffixes), and derivative words (those which in terms of modern language are non-derivative basis) still retain its long-standing accent. During the analysis of factual material the lexemes were distributed on groups of accentuation – with emphasis on roots (accent group R), with emphasis on suffix (accent group S), with emphasis on inflexion (accent group F) and movable accent (M). We found that only the noun «moly'tvy» has a different accentuation compared to modern Ukrainian literary language of «molytvy'», that is associated with a rhyme. Further scientific research will enable to find out the specifics of accentuation of nouns in the poetry of Lina Kostenko.
