The algorithm of the software zero recalculation for the horizontal boring center DOOSAN DBC 110

Abstract

The systems of connection of the tool with a part in CNC systems are considered. The features of fivecoordinate continuous and fixed processing are determined. The functional capabilities of the horizontal boring center Doosan DBC 100 are analyzed. The technique for calculating the dynamic transfer of program zero is developed with five-axis milling processing. Analytical dependencies for software zero calculation are presented. The subroutine for the postprocessor is created. The result of the processing using the subroutine was verified experimentally.
