ТHE ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS RISKS ON THE THEORY OF GAMES

Abstract
The necessity of using the apparatus of game theory in making managerial decisions in the presence of risks and a conflict situation in business in cases of uncertainty of external and internal information is shown. Based on the causes of uncertainty, a classification of the types of games according to the accepted categories is given. On the basis of the given example, a practical scheme of a paired strategic game is considered, which is quite often encountered in practice in cases of one-step and mixed strategies of the game participants. Directions for further research in making management decisions using mathematical models are indicated.
