The Basis of Organizational and Pedagogical Conditions of a New Type of Preschool Educational Institute's Operation

Abstract
The article lays bare the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the educational operation of a new type of preschool institution and the specifics of their implementation. The educational program, that itself is the implementation of these conditions in order to make the operation of aforementioned type of preschool institutions effective, has been modified. The maintaining of elective preschool education, and effective operation of new type of preschool educational institutions, can be provided by the creation of the following organizational and pedagogical conditions: variability of content in a new type of preschool educational institutions; pedagogically viable sensor and cognitive space; positive image of educational institute; co-operation with parents. The recommended structure of a new type of preschool educational institution’s educational program consists of the following parts: 1) preschool institution’s project-promotion and the ways of it’s implementation; 2) preschool graduates' competences description; 3) purpose and tasks of the institution’s educational operation; 4) the list of all programs and their methodological supply; 5) specifics of organizing of co-operation with family; 6) criteria and indicators of program implementation. Every part of the mentioned educational program has its own purpose, and completes other parts with its content, making this document holistic in general. The proposed structure of this educational program should be considered as a combination of basic and elective parts. The direction of this educational programs development, mentioned above, would contribute to the professional growth of preschool teachers.
