THE BEGINNING AND ACTIVITY OF NEZHIN GREEK BROTHERHOOD IN THE MIDDLE 50-TH XVII – IN THE END 60-TH OF XIX CENTURY

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to activity of the Nezhyn Greek Court and Magistrat. The main directions of activity of the Nezhyn Greeks Magistrat, it value for life of brotherhood are studied. The legal status and law base of function of Nizhin Greek merchants brotherhood in the territory of Ukraine are investigated. Special attention is paid to the activities of the Nezhinsky Greek magistrate, universals of Ukrainian hetmans, orders of the little Russian Collegium. The author was provide conclucion about considers and results immigration of Greeks merchans in Ukrainian lands, their commu- nication with hetmans and city members of power. In study took place margent activity of Ukrainian Greeks and other foreigners which lived in new motherland. Lit when Nezhin Greeks with Greek communities and Greeks of other Ukrain- ian and Russian cities and different countries. It is proved that the Greeks played a significant role in the economic and cultural life of the community. Complex analyze of process beginning and activity of Nezhin Greek brotherhood took place to study different kind of his activities: trade, economics, culture, education margines and other It’s makes possible more multiplaks research of Nezhin greek brotherhood. Special interesting are hetmans universals, official documents and acts about immigrants of that period. eleemosynary Considerable attention an author spared relationships of Nezhin Greek brotherhood with Greek society of Odessa, Mariupol, Elisavetgrad, Kyiv, Lviv, Chernigiv. The Nezhin Greek became the noticeable phenomenon in history of the Ukrainian-Greek relations between Ukrainian and Greek people. Worked out further directions of researches of this range of problems for future generation of scientist.
