THE CLASSIFICATION OF BYLAW NORMATIVE LEGAL ACTS

Abstract
The views of scientists on the division of by regulatory legal acts into groups according to selected criteria are investigated. The attention is paid to novels in their classification. The positive experience of scientists which will contribute to the improvement of regulatory enforcement of regulations are focused. The conclusion of the greatest contradictions of scientists to formulate criteria for the classification of normative legal acts is done.
