The concept and the subject of the contract award on the geological study on public order.

Abstract
The concept and the subject of the contract award for environmental study are investigated in this article. When compared with other contracting agreements we are reaching a conclusion that the subject of the contract award for the environmental study should be attributed to the unmentioned agreements. The contract for the environmental study on public order refers to the inferior agreements because its subject is the result of the fulfilled work and conditions provisions at the signing and performing of the contract can be applied. Unlike inferior agreements, the subject of this agreement is not merely the result but the materialized result which has got a creative feature. That is the peculiarity of this investigated agreement.
