THE CONCEPT «ІNFORMATION-HIGHLYTECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS» IN MODERN SOCIОHUMANITARIAN KNOWLEDGE

Abstract
In clause the concept of technics, technologies and sciences as social phenomena and their influence on spiritual progress of mankind reveals historico-philosophical. The analysis of the basic concepts of research, their historical sources and influence on change of a social and spiritual life of a society is carried out In general scientific, philosophical and educational discourses. The methodology of research is constructed on the interdisciplinary system analysis. The concept "Information-highlytechnological progress" and modern "Information-highlytechnological revolution" is resulted author's. The purpose of research: to show, that transition to an information-highlytechnological society in which the information, technologies and knowledge represent itself as basic social values, predetermines radical changes in all social institutes and, first of all, in educational, spiritual and space spheres, and also predetermines creation noosphere-space civilization.
