THE CONCEPT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE IN RELATION TO THE CONCEPT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research and definition of such basic categories of administrative law as an administrative process and administrative procedure. Were analyzed the basic approaches of domestic and some foreign scholars to their understanding. As a conclusion supported by the author of one of the two conceptions of the relationship of the above concepts.
