The concept of lands for organic farming

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the study of the category of «land for organic farming». The requirements of the Ukrainian legislation regarding the production of organic agricultural products and raw materials of plant origin are considered. In particular, the problems of using and protecting land plots by their owners and land users, who grow organic products, are considered. Analyzes of laws in the field of organic farming.
