The subject and practical outlines of paradigm of operational search activities on the eurointegration way of the national special service

Abstract
The article considers the problems of subject and practical reflection aimed at improving of Ukrainian legislation on operational search activities. The article is the comprehensive study of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of operational investigative activity of the Security Service of Ukraine as a component of ensuring of human, society and state security. The author formulates and substantiates a number of conceptually important for the operational investigative activity theory and practice of ensuring state security of Ukraine concepts and conclusions that are different from commitments as before. In particular from the point of view of the historical and practical approaches of the operational investigative activity understanding of the special service, formulated from the standpoint as a phenomenon of a judicial type of activity, aimed to the protecting of a national security foundations. It has been established that the operational investigative activity of the SBU, in accordance of subject-object relations is transformed to specific organization forms of the operational investigative activity.
