THE CONCEPT OF NONCONFORMING CONSUMER GOODS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION LEGISLATION AND UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to investigate the concept of nonconforming consumer goods in the European Union legislation and Ukrainian legislation. The author makes a comparative legal analysis of the European Union legislation and Ukrainian legislation on the sale of consumer goods. The proposals to improve existing Ukrainian legislation concerning the concept of nonconforming consumer goods are formulated.
