THE CONSTITUTION OF UKRAINE AS THE LEGAL BASIS OF STATE IDEOLOGY

Abstract
The article carries out a theoretical and legal analysis of the Constitution of Ukraine and reflects in it the norms and principles that form the legal basis for state ideology. Particular attention is paid to the content of legal ideology and substantiates the need for its interrelation with the Basic Law of the State. Characterizing the norms of the Constitution, guaranteeing civil and social rights and freedoms, as well as ensuring the principles of political pluralism, is indicated on the declared liberal type of legal ideology in Ukraine.
