The Contradiction between Sunnah Qauliyahand Failiyahand Removing it by Using Hanafi Methodology

Abstract
The knowledge of Islamic Jurisprudence is very important for understanding the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah.Sometimes a person feels apparently that there is a contradiction between two verses of the Holy Qur’an and between Sunnah Qauliyahand Failiyah. But in fact there is no contradiction because these are commandmentsfrom God and His orders are saved from any contradiction and disagreement. This study highlights the Hanafi approach to resolve the apparent contradictions from Qur’an and Sunnah. Primary souces include Qur’an and Hadith whereas secondary sources include books, articles and online sources. Islamic jurisprudence is a most important and useful knowledge for removing the contradiction and knowing the principles of conformity and preference. A jurist gives the solution of different kinds of problems with the help of this knowledge. The commandments of Shariahare compatible and not contrary with each other. In some cases, a person feels the contradiction between Sunnah Qauliyah and Failiyah. The reason is limited knowledge ignorance about the principles of conformity and preference. The texts of the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah have more than one meaning. The orientalists object on Shariah and reject the Holy Qur’an and authenticity of the Sunnah due to this contradiction. The study describes the principles of preference and conformity about contradiction between Qur’an andSunnah Qauliyahand Failiyah.
