Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of means of ensuring the fulfillment of subjective civil duty. The correlation between means of ensuring fulfillment of obligations and the measures of civil liability for failure to perform or improper performance of subjective civil liability is investigated. A distinction has been made between the categories under investigation in order to eliminate gaps in law enforcement practice.
