THE DEFLECTED MODE OF METAL FRICTION ELEMENT OF DISC BRAKE (PAR TWO)
Journal Title: Проблеми тертя та зношування - Year 2016, Vol 70, Issue
Abstract
We’ve illustrated the deflected mode of solid rotor during braking and braking between the emergence and development of cracks on its surfaces. There were the following questions: features of the method of finite element modeling of the stress state of the metal friction elements by using «Ansys Workbench»; the deflected mode of the brake discs; the deflected mode in the vicinity of the vertex of microcracks.

THE REDUCING OF ENERGYLOADING OF FRICTION UNITS OF BAND-BLOCK BRAKES OF DRAW-WORKS
To increase the heat transfer coefficient from metallic and non-metallic elements of the friction of band-block brakes we can use a developed heat exchange surface. However, the natural cooling of the friction pairs of b...
APPLICATION OF THE METHOD NUMERICAL SOLUTION OF DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS OF HIGHER ORDER IN PROBLEMS OF TRIBOLOGY
Shown method numerical solution of differential equations of high order and its capabilities in solving problems of tribology. The method is based on numerical solution of differential equations of high order, he describ...
ENERGYLOADING OF VARIOUS TYPES OF DISCS IN BRAKE DEVICES OF LIFTING AND TRANSPORTING MACHINES (PART ONE)
The article illustrates the comparative analysis of the features of the designs of solid and selfventilated brake discs, their materials, based on the energyloading, and also the article illustrates energy balance of the...
TO THE QUESTION OF CALCULATION AND DESIGN OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF DISKS FOR THE SUBJECTS OF MOTOR VEHICLES
In disk-block brakes use both solid and self-ventilated discs with a developed system of venti-lation holes and channels in the body of the disc with polished and matte its side surfaces. These surfaces interact with hig...
