THE DETERMINATION OF DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY IN A PLANT-GROWING BRANCH OF AN AGRARIAN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In modern conditions of development of market environment and growing changeability of nature of the enterprise activity, there is a need of a strategic approach to the management, in particular, to the planning of the enterprise activity. The article considers theoretical formation aspects and choice of the development strategy of the crop production sector of the agrarian enterprise in the market conditions. A significant attention is paid to the evaluation of existing strategic positions of the enterprise and definition of the directions of further development of the crop production sector.
