THE DETERMINATION OF FACTORS WHICH INFLUENCE TO THE ENTERPRISES APPEAL OF MERGES AND ABSORPTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF OF SINERGETICAL EFFECT ON CAPITAL VALUE RECEPTION

Abstract
The article purpose is the determination of factors which in realities of Ukraine economy nfluences more of all to the probability of agreement M&A for the purpose of sinergetical effect reception in capital value. It is specified that one of M&A agreements chief goals is the cost increase the new formed enterprise due to the sinergetical effect of capital value. In the previous works of the author it has been proved that the virtual capital (all non-material achievements of the modern enterprise) becomes the main component of this. There are considered both the direct conditions of M&A agreement (the attraction of financial or strategic investor), and the determination of factors which influence to the probability of approach of such event in the given work. The direct determination of factors was conducted by means of the content-analysis method of the economic literature, publications in periodicals and information resources of the Internet. Also it is conducted in work the comparison with the factors specified by the author together with V.Nesterenko in research of a probability approach of raider grab of the enterprise. It is conducted the comparison of these factors and their generality and difference are specified.
