THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AS A CONDITION FOR IMPROVING THE FUNCTIONING OF AUTHORITIES

Abstract
The article deals with the main directions of purposeful activity of the subjects of the authorities with respect to the implementation of administrative obligations. With the help of forms of public administration, the tasks and functions of public administration are practically realized, and the success of the government activity depends to a large extent on their use. These forms are designed to provide the most expedient execution of the functions of administration, achieve its goals with the least cost of forces, means and time.
