THE ESSENCE OF TECHNOLOGY OF ELECTRONIC TRAINING PORTFOLIO OF FUTURE ELECTRICIANS

Abstract
The article gives a general description of the components of the technology of the electronic educational portfolio of future electricians. Also, a brief summary of the development stages of the author’s technology of the electronic educational portfolio of electricians is presented: motivating students to create a portfolio; development of the portfolio structure; planning activities for the collection, processing and preparation of presentation the materials; generalization, systematization and design of the portfolio; obtaining advice and adjusting the content of the portfolio; Presentation within the purpose of creating and using the portfolio; the development of criteria for evaluating the results of activities, the features of reflection. The analysis of the main publications of scientists and educators on the chosen topics is carried out, the predominant role of the competence approach in developing the content part of the e-portfolio of the future qualified worker in the vector of training the profession “Electrician of repairing and maintenance of electrical equipment” is given. Certain stages in the development of the constituent elements of this technology are introduced. The author raises the issue of the effectiveness of training competitive, skilled workers, namely electricians, by introducing the technology of the electronic educational portfolio into the educational process, the structural components of its creation are defined, emphasis is placed on the specific features of information and communication support of this process, the place of the e-portfolio in the content of the electronic training resource for the training of future electricians, focuses on the need for positioning in the labor market their own experience with participation in interviews with employers. The attention is focused on the fact that the portfolio contributes to the improvement of the quality of the knowledge acquired by the students and the development of key competencies, which affect professional development.
