THE ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE MODERN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of psychological and educational litterature are presented the essential characteristics of the developing modern educational environment in the elementary ukrainian school.The author defines the developing of the educational environment as an integrated concept that synthesizes a range of psychological and pedagogical, logistical, hygiene, ergonomic and aesthetic conditions, as a result of interaction which provide student’s efficient capture of the sociocultural experience, is made the development of his personal values in the educational process of the elementary school. Thesis there are determined components of the developing educational environment such as: socio-psychological, informational, social and cultural, material and technical. The problem of the negative influence of the Internet on the younger student’s personality that often is his depression, social isolation, aggression, cynicism, arrogance and more. In this regard is stressed the importance of forming of students’ media-immunity (the ability to do an aggressive opposition on the media sphere, the ability to select some personally useful information in the virtual world, media literacy (ideological guidance in mastering virtual knowledge, skills and behaviors in the media sphere, culture communication in the network) and mediareflection (your own understanding of medianeeds, critical perception of Internet information, selecting of the personally meaningful social contacts, etc.). The author justifies the necessity of developing such a modeling environment of the elementary school, which would enable the formation of the culture of the communication of primary classes in social networks, establishing personality oriented interaction, collaboration and co-creation. Therefore the comfortable environment of the school is able to affect purposefully and spontaneously on the student’s socio-cultural mastery of human experience, formation and development of his system’s competences needed for the life in a society, self-realization and self-assertion.
