In the article the estimation over of authenticity of results which forming the experiment of professional preparation of environmentalists is brought by MOODLE, using the scope construction of competitive value. Researches are based on determination of relation of personality to the problem situations of ethics and ecological character, leaning against the method of determination of organizational culture, offered by the American scientists K. S. Kameron and P. E. Kuinn
