The features of the water public administration in Ukraine on the general policy principles with EU.

Abstract
The article analyzes the current water public administration in Ukraine and important aspects of the integrated cooperation policy in Ukraine on the protection and rational water use, the introduction of integrated water management according to the basin principle, the existing reconstruction and new urban wastewater treatment plants construction, reducing the discharge of insufficiently treated wastewater, reduce the level of inland waters pollution and territorial sea pollution.
