THE FORMATION OF PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES IN TRANSCARPATHIA IN 1944–1945

Abstract
This article is devoted to the formation of prosecutor's offices in Transcarpathia in the period 1944–1945. The analysis of the basic legal acts, according to which the formation of these bodies took place, determined their competence and tasks, considered the immediate process of their formation in the post-war period.
