Abstract
The ski is surely one of the most attractive sports and the most fashionable. This is greatly due to the practice of it from childhood age until older ages and due to the environment where it is practiced. Both the ski and the other sport branches intensely values the forms of practising physical exercises having in view the improvement of multifunctional and psychic possibilities, embodied in a record, a self-surpassing or that of a partner.
