THE GOSPEL PARABLE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE TEACHING READING IN THE CHURCH SLAVONIC LANGUAGE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of teaching reading at the lessons of the Church Slavonic language at the theological schools of the Orthodox Church. As teaching texts for beginners, the texts of Gospel parables are chosen to be the simplest way to understand the gospel sermon. Attention is paid to the classification of Gospel parables and their genre distinctive features. The article deals with the analysis algorithm of the Church Slavonic text. Also the most characteristic grammatical, syntactic and lexical features of the Church Slavonic language, systematically repeating in the texts of the Gospel parables, are researched in the work.
