The Greek Political Scene and the “Financial Tsunami”

Abstract
The article concerns the issue of the radicalization of the Greek political scene. According to the author, this is a response to the incompetent governments both before the outbreak of the financial crisis in the Third Hellenic Republic and during his lifetime. The author describes the Greek political scene between the years 1974-2012, and highlights a sudden change in the Parliament of Greece. This change refers primarily to the displacement of the main parties (the two largest political parties) by a new, more radical, political party.
