THE HARMONIZATION MODEL OF COMPETITIVENESS LEVEL OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND COMPANIES IN THE LABOUR MARKET

Abstract

There is present model for the harmonization in competitiveness level of human resources and enterprises in the labour market, including the methodological and practical levels. Methodological level includes the target of implementation of the model, functions, principles and conditions, and practical – the subjects, methods, levels of security, the areas of cooperation. Condition is the basis model for the functioning the level of methodological model and associated with the implementation of practical measures at the micro-, meso- and macrolevels.
