Abstract

The article determines that the methodology should clearly and unambiguously resolve the issue of a list of objects of effective diagnostics at different levels of production management, the composition of initial information, especially non-documentary, the time and ways of obtaining the results of economic and analytical indicators and evaluation criteria, the use of effective economic and analytical information. Special attention in the methodology should be focused on the use of such techniques and means of information processing, which would ensure the timeliness of the formation of effective diagnostic data. It is substantiated that the introduction of advanced forms and methods of effective economic diagnostics on a large scale in scientific and production associations and industrial enterprises dictates the necessity of finding ways to solve this problem with minimal expenses and in the shortest possible time. One such way is the creation of specialized methodological materials. In the general case, specialized methodological materials refer to a set of such methodological decisions that, without any changes or with minor refinement, can be applied more than in one association (enterprise). Current experience shows that the specialization in theoretical and methodological materials on effective economic diagnostics can be achieved, firstly, through the application of universal economic and analytical methods and techniques that are acceptable in the conditions of all associations and enterprises, and, secondly, some redundancy of the proposed theoretical and methodological decisions, which is due to the need to take into account the narrow specifics of certain classification groups of associations (enterprises). In practice, different levels of methodological support for effective economic diagnostics achieve different levels of specialization. Some fragments of methodological decisions can be recognized as specialized in the general-sector scale (the methodology of effective economic diagnostics of the activities of auxiliary production workshops); others - only in the sectoral (methodology of economic efficient diagnostics of the main production workshops). It is proved that the standardization of methodological materials from effective economic diagnostics will eliminate duplication in their development, reduce the cost of development, lead to the rapid replication and dissemination of the best theoretical and methodological solutions and reduce the timing of the creation in associations, in the enterprises of effective systems of effective diagnostics, more.
