The influence of bilateral hyperplasia of the coronoid process of the mandible for difficult tracheal intubation

Abstract
Bilateral hyperplasia of the coronoid process of the mandible is rare condition. Commonly there is only one mechanical symptom, limiting mouth opening. The aim of this article is to introduct medical history of a 38 year-old female with bilateral hyperplasia of the coronoid process of the mandible confirmed by examination and RTG diagnostic. There is also the question of difficulties during intubation due to bilateral hyperplasia in this case.<br/><br/>
