Abstract
Research ers made are search on: "Influence of the Quality of Service for Satisfaction and Interest in Buying Consumers Restaurants Asia Pare-Pare”.in this studya sample of 100 respondentswere taken in to customers (consumers) Eating Catering-Asia. The results ofpath analysis showed thatthedirecteffectofservicequalityon buyinginterestisgreaterthan the indirecteffectof service quality on buying interest with the mediation of consumer satisfaction. But the total effect to increase buyinginterest moreeffectively through customersatisfaction which directly affect the buying interest.
