THE LANGUAGE GENRES OF LEGISLATIVE LEGAL DISCOURSE: TYPOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the Ukrainian legal discourse in the typological and genological aspects. The concept of the speech genre is outlined and the own definition of this concept is given. Legislative legal discourse is singled out as a kind of legal and its genre and linguistic features are characterized. The author proposes his own typology of genres of legislative legal discourse and analyzes the genres of law, constitution, decree, code, by-laws. Represented genre and linguistic characteristics of each genre.
