THE MAIN ELEMENTS OF THE CONTENT ENVIRONMENT OF ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

Abstract
The article allows taking a look on the problem of formation of the modern educational environment from the point of view of the ability of electronic educational resources (EER) on the basis of modern mobile devices to serve as a universal educational portal. The basic approaches to the formation of electronic educational resources on the basis of the software-based development platforms Joomla, Moodle and electronic textbooks formed on theirs basis. The proposed research experience in the fi eld of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational environment, electronic educational resources (EER) on the basis of modern mobile devices, indicates that the proposed electronic educational resource can replace almost every information portal. The problems of the working space that should not be overloaded with information and decorative elements are also outlined in the article.
